The integration of employees of the customer in joint project teams is a major factor for the success of a project (depending on the scope of the project).

• We carry out projects in close coordination and cooperation with our client to make sure the transfer of the results.
  
  
• Depending on the task of the project the customer’s employees are integrated into joint teams.
  
  
• AMCG is responsible for the project management, has available methodological know-how and knowledge of the various industrial sectors and carries out internal and external analyses. External analysis are executed through desk research but mainly through personal market interviews conducted by experienced consultants.
  
  
• The project teams develop and evaluate strategic and/or organizational options, define the implementation plan and support the implementation of the measures.
